CHLNet/LEADS Collaborative Webinar Series: Session 8LEADS Impact: CADTH’s Case Study
Monday, June 26, 2017, 12pm-1pm EDT
Register yourself and your colleagues for our webinar on leadership development in Canada. Health system improvement and innovation requires new leadership skills. To develop our leaders for the future, a multipronged approach to leadership development must be used but how do we know what these impacts are. This free, interactive session is available to CHLNet Network Partners and LEADS Canada clients.
This webinar will overview the findings from a two-year Mitacs research project on the benefits, opportunities and lessons learned by early adopters of LEADS in Canada. You’ll also hear from CADTH, one of the early adopter organizations, about how LEADS has provided the common language and shared experiences to support leadership development throughout the organization and how LEADS has become a touchstone for corporate culture transformation. You’ll learn about CADTH’s unique approach to implementing LEADS in a medium-sized organization and the tangible benefits they have achieved as a result.
Guest Speakers : Brenda Lammi, Dr. Brian O’Rourke, and Catherine Dussault
