CHLNet/LEADS Collaborative Webinar Series: Session 4

Performance Management and the Use of LEADS!
Wednesday, March 2, 2016, 12pm-1pm EDT

Register yourself and your colleagues for our fourth session of a webinar series on Leadership Development in Canada. This free, interactive session is available to CHLNet Network Partners and LEADS Collaborative clients.

In today’s complex work environments, the way we address performance management offers opportunities to rethink our past approaches and build a system that inspires high performance through full engagement. This webinar is based on a discussion paper commissioned by the LEADS Business Unit on LEADS and performance systems and will showcase some of the key, current concepts in high performance planning. We will address ways that LEADS can and cannot be used to build an integrated, comprehensive performance system. We will discuss leading thoughts and practices, a systems approach and mental models that influence performance development toward shaping the future of health care.

Please reflect on these questions prior to the webinar:

  • What is the best part of any performance system you have experienced?
  • If you were guaranteed success in changing one thing to improve your current performance system, what would you do?
