Please join us in Edmonton, on June 17 following the National Health Leadership Conference, for a full day of sharing leadership journeys as well as the exchange of LEADS-based initiatives and tools. Join health leaders from across Canada who use or are interested in using the LEADS framework for leadership capacity development in their organization.
The 2020 LEADS Exchange Day will focus on exploring strategies and tools to integrate the LEADS Framework into talent management systems that enable the creation of workplaces where people are highly engaged, achieve optimal performance, and embrace continuous learning and growth. Leadership is a strategic enabler for our health system, fostering organizational excellence and transformation. Building leadership capacity using LEADS requires commitment from the individual, team, and system, and stimulates a culture shift. Join us and connect with others as participants will examine and construct practical tools and lessons learned in talent management integration and making the LEADS Framework come alive throughout the health system.

Registration must be submitted online and paid in full to qualify for the early registration rates. If payment is not received by the deadline date, attendees will be invoiced at the next deadline rate. Registrations received without full payment are considered incomplete.
Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Lynne Marleau at email@example.com and received no later than June 5, 2020. Registration fees will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for cancellation requests received after June 5, 2020. LEADS Canada or its partners are not responsible for the reimbursement of travel expenses (including accommodation and food) to attend the LEADS Exchange Day.
No-shows occur when individuals register but do not attend the conference. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Prior to June 5, 2020, the LEADS Exchange Day Planning Committee reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers, or to cancel the workshop if registration targets are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. If the workshop is not held for any reason, LEADS Canada’s liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee only.
If you are unable to attend the LEADS Exchange Day, you are welcome to send a colleague in your place. There is no fee to make this change up to June 5, 2020 provided you email Lynne Marleau at firstname.lastname@example.org. Substitution requests received after June 5, 2020 will incur a $25.00 processing fee.
LEADS Canada will take photographs and some video during the LEADS Community for Practice Exchange Day and may utilize them in LEADS Canada news or promotional material whether in print, electronic, or other media including the LEADS Canada website. By participating, you grant LEADS Canada the right to use your photograph for such purposes.
