The coronavirus pandemic has presented the world with challenging and unexplored circumstances. We have been called upon, us as individual leaders and healthcare teams, to unite and use our collective expertise, experience and strengths to champion the delivery of high quality, safe, compassionate, patient and family centred care.

Throughout the pandemic examples have surfaced nationwide within the health system of healthcare teams embracing a growth mindset; demonstrations of willingness, humility and curiosity to be learners as well as knowers. Leadership behaviours that embody respect for all contributors and their ideas, regardless of position or title. A growth mindset is required as we stay the course to move through this worldwide disruption.

Join Dr. Jaason Geerts and our special guest, Michelle Gilchrist, for this Advanced Leadership Program (ALP) webinar related to the Engage Others capability within the LEADS in a Caring Environment framework.
