Sharon Bishop, Director of Organizational Culture for the Saskatchewan Health Authority

Sharon currently holds the position of Director of Organizational Culture for the Saskatchewan Health Authority. Sharon is passionate about healthcare and has dedicated more than 20 years to the field. She has practiced as a registered nurse in various capacities in the UK, Australia, and Canada. While originally from Australia, Sharon has made Regina her home since 2000. In 2007, she completed a Masters of Health Administration and more recently a Fellowship in Health System Improvement from the University of Alberta. Sharon aspires to create a culture where everyone leads from where they stand and is dedicated to supporting others to be the best version of themselves! 


Mike Benallick
 
Mike Benallick, Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership for the Saskatchewan Health Authority

Mike currently holds the position of Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership for the Saskatchewan Health Authority. Mike is passionate about leadership development and about helping others find and live their best life. Originally from Hamilton, Ontario, Mike travelled west to Saskatchewan for post-secondary education and quickly fell in love with life in the Prairies. Always on the lookout for opportunities for challenge and growth, Mike got his start in healthcare as a Quality Improvement Consultant in 2012. Mike is humbled by the opportunities to develop leaders who live with purpose and are committed to serving others.
